We will restore the content or re-enable access within a reasonable timeframe, provided that the original complainant does not file a legal action seeking a court order.

5. Repeat Infringers

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access for users or accounts that are subject to multiple DMCA complaints or repeated copyright violations.

6. Misrepresentations

Please note that submitting false claims or misleading information in a DMCA notice or counter-notice may result in civil or criminal penalties under 17 U.S.C. §512(f).
